This is why progressives shouldn’t buy into “States Rights” just being all about slavery. State medical marijuana laws are all about “states rights”, states telling the Feds to keep out of what they are doing.
A good governor would cite the 10th Amendment and arrest any Federal agents raiding a LEGAL marijuana dispensary in their state. Anyways, just an example of Obama being a sell out.
