My one turn cooking dinner this week. Fr. Tom is out of town and one brother has a night class, so I’ll be cooking for myself and Bobby.
Yesterday we grilled Italian sausages fresh from the meat counter from a local supermarket (Luckys). They were so good we are going to make them again.
So sausages, rice a roni (can’t not make it in San Francisco) and salad with my moms vinaigrette.
Here is her vinaigrette recipe, as with many of her recipes, it’s awesome and you can adjust to your taste:
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 spoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pinch of sugar
Last time I added more garlic, because I love garlic, and more vinegar. It packs a punch but man is it good :)
